It should be available on download sites. Most new Windows 7 computers come from their manufacturers with Office Starter already on them, did yours? If so, the installation files might still be on the hard disk drive or might be available from the computer's recovery partition or recovery discs.

Kidding for asking the files I can't even get it now. The new TOPK doesn't include it. Forget it. But excuse me, I've never heard an example of malicious code on the setup executable. I've been reading that too. Apparently they will be switching to Office Web Apps as the "free" distributable.
